Developed by Equiset, the 11-storEy building situated at 737 Bourke Street, may be purchased by RREEF Asia Pacific, the fund, is the property investment arm of Deutsche Bank\'s division.

The property was offered for sale in May for $A115 million. It is speculated
that due diligence may have begun in mid-July.
