Moving on-line in 2010

For almost four years Water Rat, aka Kev has danced with the heart and soul of Docklands, our people. Boy, what a journey it has been! Kev’s rubbed shoulders with the best, chewed the patience and ears of many and dipped himself in the cheesey waters spitting chips at Government departments, Melbourne City Councillors, stakeholder developers, celebrities, local businesses and residents…and why? Well, he’s a Rat, a proud and passionate Docklander….and it has all been in the name of fun and creating cheesey grins throughout the precinct.
