To help lure her to the Opening of the Observation Wheel, Water Rat put forward an angle to her publicist that ties in all three elements that she is famous for to help secure a personal visit to Docklands.

Docklands new Victoria Green Park in Victoria Harbour has been well received by the community. The park was architecturally designed and has stunning features and beautiful garden beds…yet a few complaints have surfaced over the pooch invasion from other precinct apartments … whom always believed the grass was would certainly be greener on the side…twink, twink…
