Docklands dynamic duo Jo Taylor and Bec Marshall (formally Hunt) have joined forces to form a full service marketing consultancy, Jadetree.

With over 30 years of collective marketing experience, Bec and Jo\'s diverse expertise ranges from property development (residential retail, commercial and industrial) to attractions, destination, tourism and special event marketing.

Commonly referred to as the \"Money Tree\" a jade tree is a feng shui remedy that attracts wealth and prosperity, a symbol of strength and wisdom in
many cultures.

Having met at The Hub at Docklands over 5 years ago, Jo and Bec have worked on many Docklands collaborations with some highlights being the highly successful Invest in Docklands campaign, Winter Wonderland and a number of other high profile events.

Bec has spent the past 5 years at ING Real Estate marketing the Icehouse, Harbour Town Shopping Centre, Southern Star, Costco, events and attractions, plus residential and commercial campaigns at Waterfront City. Starting her property career at Mirvac 12 years ago, Bec has also
been involved with over 15 high profile property developments including large scale mixed use, residential, retail, commercial and attractions. With Yarra\'s Edge, Beacon Cove, The Melburnian and SY21 as some of the highlights.

Jo is a destination, lifestyle and event marketing specialist. She has held
senior marketing roles for VicUrban and City of Melbourne promoting Docklands and the City of Melbourne to local, interstate and international visitor and investment markets.

Jo has extensive experience developing and implementing strategic and
tactical integrated marketing and communications programs for high profile projects, consumer campaigns and major events.
