The 2009 Melbourne International Boat & Lifestyle Show again exceeded expectations and was hailed a massive success after attracting thousands of boating enthusiasts to Docklands.
Some of the largest and most luxurious boats in the country created a spectacular on-water display, while a significant number of on-land exhibits from the latest in trailer-boats and marine accessories to travel and holiday information – stretched from NewQuay to Waterfront City. Amongst the more than $100 million of boats on and off the water, children and adults were also entertained with free interactive activities stage activities and the ever-popular Flathead Fred fishing clinics as well as informative talks from leading identities in their fields.
