50 renowned Victorian chefs will unite for one night only and collaborate their culinary expertise for the 2009 Victorian Bushfire Appeal.

On April 3rd 2009, at Peninsula, Central Pier - Victorian chefs and well-known restaurants will unite in order to raise money and support the 2009 Victorian Bushfire Appeal.

It is no surprise to anybody that subsequent to the recent Victorian bushfire devastation, Australians far and wide have culminated to offer support on an emotional and financial level.

CHEF'S: Guy Grossi, Ian Curley, Karen Martini, Geoff Lindsay, George Calombaris, Andrew Blake, Andrew McConnell, Sean Donovan, Michael Lambie, Teage Ezard, Luke Mangan, Joe Vargetto, Jacques Raymond, and many more will team up for this unique experience.

Each exceptional chef will be responsible for serving an entree, main and dessert. Each guest will be served 3 courses from random restaurants, with each plate being signed from the chef/ restaurant so everyone is aware of who prepared each delicious dish.

Dannii Minogue, Daniel MacPherson, Andrew O’Keefe, Suzie Wilks, Naomi Robson, Tottie Goldsmith, Matt & Lauren Welsh, Jules Lund and Shane Crawford are only some of the celebrities that will contribute to the night.
Stephen Quartermain and Helen Kapalos will host this implausible event.
