Jazz Festival @ ArtPlay

Even the littlest groover can get into the swing of the Melbourne International Jazz Festival 2010 with ArtPlay’s medley of imaginative music workshops from 30 April to 8 May.

Travelling all the way from Ireland with 100 anklungs (Indonesian bamboo tuned rattles), children’s musicians Nico Brown and Martin Brunsden will have everyone in the family tapping their feet in an energetic workshop. And celebrated ArtPlay artist, Gabrielle de Vietri, and her musical friends invite children to whisper secrets in a storytelling workshop before transforming them into songs to record and share with family, friends and the world!
