Belly Dancing for Beginners

Join Belly Dancing for Beginners for a new way to exercise incorporating flexibility, femininity and strength.

This dance form concentrates on the core muscles so it is great for toning through the mid section. Belly dancing is great exercise for all ages, sizes and capabilities and improves posture and self-confidence as well as a great way to meet people or have fun with friends.

When: Wednesdays 1-2pm & 8-9pm
Where: The Hub – 17 Waterview Walk, Docklands
