Don\'t stop til you get enough

BlueFire Churrascaria\'s innovative dining concept certainly makes it a standout from the numerous restaurants along Docklands\' Waterfront City precinct.

Deliciously seasoned portions of meat and seafood are speared onto enormous skewers, and then cooked over an open flame before being paraded around the restaurant. Sit back, relax and enjoy the stunning views across the water whilst waiters roam the floor offering up perfectly cooked mouth watering cuts of meats and seafood.

A full a la carte menu is also available, but I was sold on the set price, the all you can enjoy Churrascaria which commenced with a tasty platter of dips, a selection of marinated olives & roast vegetables and a pile of grilled flat bread. It was a lovely starter, but I couldn\'t wait for the meat procession to commence. A dish of seasonal vegetables was placed in the centre of the table signaling it was show time!

Each of the offerings had a unique taste, including succulent lamb seasoned with garlic, lemon & herbs, tender beef with black pepper, cumin & garlic, perfectly cooked pork with a smoked tomato and chilli and a spicy South American sausage that tantalised the taste buds.

My partner was more interested in the fish of the day, the Rockling, which had been prepared with a subtle blend of lemon, garlic & herbs. We both sampled the calamari which was soft and sublime thanks to the addition of garlic, herbs
and paprika.

When you\'ve had enough to eat or merely need a breather, flip the small green coaster on the table over to the red side and the meat waiters will leave you in peace. Make sure you leave room for dessert, particularly the chocolate creme over shortbread crumble with cognac infused whipped cream.
